Hiler Chiropractic Fee System

Our office accepts most health insurances for your chiropractic care.  Simply bring your insurance card to your first visit and we will verify the details of your benefits.  Our office will take care of all billing and paperwork.  Our charges are based on a customary amount that is set by the insurance industry.   Your personal responsibility will depend on the deductable, copayment, and/or coinsurance of the particular policy.  You can expect to pay at least a copay on your first visit.

Our office also offers discounted cash plans that make it affordable for you and your entire family to receive the benefits of chiropractic care at a very reasonable fee.  Because we will not have to deal with the time, expense, and hassles of filing an insurance claim, we are happy to pass the savings on to our patients.

“HMA” – Healthcare Made Affordable Plan

When you join in our HMA program, you receive all of your needed chiropractic adjustments and update examinations for one low fee for the period of your HMA stage.  This program does not include The initial X-rays or your Initial Examination.  Using our HMA program can drastically cut your costs for chiropractic care.  This program also gives you the opportunity to get additional visits as needed at no extra charge.  The HMA program has three stages of participation.  You must complete each stage to be eligible to advance to the next stage.

Stage 1 ………………..  Initial Intensive Care

$175 single – $225 family (monthly)

Stage 1 entitles you or your family to receive your chiropractic care for your initial month(s) at our office for the one low, prepaid fee.  You will be given a schedule of recommended visits, but you may have as many additional visits as you wish.

Stage 2 ………………..  Strengthening Care

$125 single – $175 family (monthly)

Stage 2 takes effect after you have completed Stage 1 and gives you the same type of services you get in Stage 1. You will be given a recommended schedule of care.  However, you may have as many additional visits as you wish.

Stage 3 ……….  Wellness Care/Maintenance Care

$85/month single – $107 family …. Once weekly

$50/month – $87 family …… Twice monthly

$30/month – $50 family …… Once monthly

Stage 3 again has the same benefits and services as Stage 1 and 2.  After completing Stages 1 & 2 you are then eligible for stage three.  In this stage you and your family can really practice prevention as you save money on your overall health care bill.  It has always been less expensive to stay healthy than to get sick and try to return to health again.  For this reason you can renew Stage 3 as many times as you wish and continue to receive the benefits of good health through chiropractic care.

HMA Terms of Participation

1)     The HMA must be paid in full at the time you start the stage you are entering.

2)     All patients must start the HMA program at stage (1) unless the doctor determines that previous care warrants skipping a stage.

3)     Previous patients returning to restart care may be required to repeat a stage or start at Stage one (1) again depending on the doctor’s determination of their present condition and need for care.

4)     Refunds are available upon request for any reason only when the total regular fees (ie. $35 per adjustment) for all services performed up to the date of refund are less than the total paid for the HMA.  In this case, the difference between the fee for the HMA and the fee for the individual service rendered during the HMA will be refunded.

5)     For the purposes of our HMA program, a month or number of months will be from any certain date of one month to the same date on the succeeding month or months.  Example: A month could be from February 10th to March 10th regardless of the number of days contained in any month or months.
