What Is A Cervicogenic Headache?
Cervicogenic headaches are simply headaches that come from the neck. If the bones and joints of the neck become irritated they can put pressure on certain nerves that go into the head. This pressure can then create headache type symptoms. These types of headaches are usually the result of some sort of neck injury, but can also be caused by poor posture or weak muscles.
