In the Sept. 19, 2000 PR Newswire there was a report by the American Chiropractic Association on a survey of “Baby Boomers” conducted in the fall of 1999. The survey of baby boomers was conducted by Sorelli B, a national research firm. As a chiropractor and spinal decompression doctor in San Diego, I find this article fitting for my patients.

The research study discovered that more than one third of those surveyed said that suitable chiropractic care disallowed the need for prescription drugs and physical therapy. Additionally, a lot of respondents in the study consider chiropractic care had helped them avoid back surgery and hospital stays in the long run. Quite often I’ll hear patients at the clinic say, Dr. Pritsker, chiropractic care has helped me so much with my problem.”

Regrettably, many insurance companies only compensate for relief care and do not reimburse for wellness care. This is medical model that needs to be corrected by the insurance companies. The study results powerfully showed many participants desire for chiropractic care by doctors of chiropractic when it found that they are willing to pay for the services out-of-pocket, although they would prefer to have the care covered by their insurance plans.

The research study also stated that nearly over sixty percent of those surveyed said they would be willing to mark a petition asking their insurance companies to include chiropractic by chiropractors as a primary component of their health plan. More and more people want chiropractic care to continue to be healthy. More baby boomer articles can be found at www.BackCareTreatment.com. One of the more telling quotes from the news story was the following: Most of the baby boomers surveyed in the recent study said they were influenced more often by their doctor of chiropractic than by their medical doctor or osteopath.

And doctors of chiropractic received higher ratings in the area of patient satisfaction than did their medical counterparts.” They concluded that, “Overall, 60 percent of the regular patients surveyed believe their doctor of chiropractic has improved their quality of life.

If you are like most people, you probably think the sun causes cancer. Our chiropractic patients in San Diego regularly bring up this issue. And why shouldn’t you? Some news coverage has demonized the sun as dangerous. It has sent many running from it like Vampires at dawn. And as a chiropractor in San Diego, I feel like I need to set the records straight.

The truth is that overexposure to the sun can cause problems. What you probably don’t know – underexposure can be dangerous to your health. Here’s why: A new study looking at the relationship between vitamin D serum levels and the risk of colon and breast cancer across the globe has estimated the number of cases of cancer that could be prevented each year if vitamin D3 levels met the target proposed by researchers.

Cedric F. Garland, a cancer prevention specialist at the Moores Cancer Center at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) estimated that 250,000 cases of colorectal cancer and 350,000 cases of breast cancer could be prevented worldwide by increasing intake of vitamin D. In particular, they were referring to vitamin D3. This is particular in countries north of the equator. Vitamin D3 is available through diet, supplements and exposure of the skin to direct sunlight.

The research paper which looks at the dose-response relationship between vitamin D and cancer will be published in the August edition of the journal of Nutrition Reviews. It stated that for the first time, we are saying that 600,000 cases of breast and colorectal cancer may possibly be prevented each year worldwide, including nearly 150,000 in the United States alone,” said study co-author Garland.

The study combined data from surveys of serum vitamin D levels during winter from 15 countries. It is the first such study to look at satellite measurements of sunshine and cloud cover in countries where actual blood serum levels of vitamin D3 had also been determined. The data was then applied to 177 countries to estimate the average serum level of a vitamin D metabolite of people living there.

The research data revealed a conflicting association of serum vitamin D with danger of colorectal and breast cancer. The protective effect began at levels ranging from 24 to 32 nanograms per milliliter of 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration in the serum. The 25-hydroxyvitamin D level is the major indicator of vitamin D level status. The late winter average 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the U.S. is about 15-18 ng/ml. The researchers uphold that increasing vitamin D levels in populations, chiefly those in northern climates, has the probability to both prevent and possibly serve as an adjunct to existing treatments for cancer. These research studies had some very important findings for any reader to consider.

It was stated that the suitable dose of vitamin D in order to reach this level could be very small in a lifeguard in Southern California. On the opposite end of the spectrum, it can be quite a lot for someone in Northern Europe who tends to remain indoors most of the year. This could be best achieved with a combination of diet, supplements and short intervals of 10 or 15 minutes a day in the sun. It could be less for very fair-skinned individuals.

These studies and more can be found by visiting New Century Spine Centers website in San Diego. The web address is www.BackCareTreatment.com. The serum level recommended by the study would correspond to intake of 2000 International Units per day of vitamin D3 for a meaningful reduction in colorectal cancer. The researchers recommend 2000 IU/day, plus, when weather allows, a few minutes in the sun with at least 40% of the skin exposed, for a meaningful reduction in breast cancer incidence, unless the individual has a history of skin cancer or a photosensitivity disease. Garland also recommends moderate sun exposure and use of clothing and a hat when in the sun longer than 15 minutes.

If someone you love or you are a “worry-wart”, reading the rest of this article may prevent several deadly diseases and add years to your life. Allow me to explain. Why some people are healthy and others get sick has been a researched and heavily debated topic for a long, long time. Some give almost all the credit to genes. Basically you are pre-programmed at birth. Mother nature has dealt you a certain “hand” and that’s it. You will either be healthy, or sick, and there is nothing much you can do about it.

Let’s consider the cancer gene for example. If cancer is “in your genes,” you’re doomed. If not, you’re pretty lucky. Supporters of this philosophy commonly use this example as proof: One person is young, eats all the right food and exercises and still gets cancer or has a massive heart attack at a young age. Yet, someone else eats junk, smokes, drinks and never exercised a day in their life and lives to be a 100.

Funny thing is you often hear these people say, “You can walk out of your house and get hit by a truck,” as an excuse to completely neglect their health and future. Others don’t give genes much credit at all. They say it’s all how you live your life and take care of yourself both physically and mentally. And then there are those somewhere in between. To them, both genes and how you live your life are important factors.

The simple fact that our average life span is much different today than it was 100 or even 50 years ago should tell you something. There are factors that affect our lifespan and help determine if we live those years healthy and happy or sick and miserable. Their argument is that the young guy or gal that took care of himself or herself and STILL got sick would have gotten sick sooner. And, the 97-year-old may have lived even longer if he or she took care of himself or herself. Obviously, all this is something to think about. Genes obviously have SOMETHING to do with our potential. But by how much is it? And is it as limiting as many once thought?

According to an April 5, 2007 issue of Science Daily, there is a broad consensus that there are five basic personality traits in most individuals. These five personality traits are extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to experience. There are also sub-categories – but these five are what makes us up overall. But here’s what’s really important in all of this. Two of these traits are emotional stability and conscientiousness. These appear to be directly linked to your health and how long you may live. How is this? In psychology, the lack of emotional stability is called neuroticism. In other words, it’s a person’s tendency towards hand wringing and negative thinking. It is believed by many that high levels of neuroticism are inherited and such people do not handle pressure very well. They are often moody, anxious and uncomfortable in their daily activity. Studies have also shown a correlation to increased mortality rates in these individuals.

So, if “neuroticism” is an inherited trait and leads to health problems and increased mortality, are some people simply pre-programmed to be unhealthy and die young? This is an important question. That’s where a Purdue University psychologist comes into the picture. According to the April 5, 2007 issue of Science Daily: “Mroczek decided to explore this idea. Using a standard measure of neuroticism, he tracked more than 1,600 men over 12 years, recording not only how neurotic they were at the start, but also whether they got more or less neurotic over time. They likely got more and more pressured, worried or fretful, and this downward spiral increased their risk for dying, mostly from cancer and heart disease. The good news is that men with a fretful temperament, if they managed for whatever reason to calm down a bit over time, had survival rates similar to those of emotionally stable men.” He also looked at mortality risk for these same men over an eighteen year span. As reported in the May issue of Psychological Science, those who increased over time in neuroticism was a ticket to an early grave. In other words, these men–all middle age or older to begin with–did not grow old gracefully. They got sick in the process as well.

So what’s the big lesson here for you, your health, and your longevity? First, it seems pretty clear your attitude does a whole heck of a lot more than just affect your success in business! Several studies show the way you think can have a profound impact on how healthy or sick you are. Namely diseases like cancer and heart disease. How? We don’t think anybody knows 100% for sure. It makes sense that stress (and the way you handle it) produces chemicals that suppress the immune system. This will have countless detrimental effects like aging: on the outside as well as the inside.

But the real point here is: WHO CARES? Who really cares exactly how all this works on the cellular level? The bottom line is: it happens. Negative thinking, a lot of it, over an extended period of time will probably age you, make you sick and take years off your life. And, an even more important point: Changing the way you think and handle stress can stop the process. In other words, being a natural born “worry-wart”…

How do you learn to deal with stress if you are a natural born “worry-wart?” The first thing is to realize NOTHING is ever as good or bad as it seems. And always change the things you can and forget about the things you can’t. Besides that, routine exercise programs and meditation have both been shown to reduce stress. Maybe if we start enjoying this wonderful life a little – it will get even better and we will get more of it! You can change the way you handle stress and reduce the negative effects. Or, at least that’s what the above-mentioned study shows. And it only makes sense. Have you ever taken a walk in the dark and had some loud noise scare you? What happened? Your eyes widened. Your heartbeat drastically increased. Your brain signaled your body to produce adrenalin and other “flight or fight” chemicals were dumped into your bloodstream. At that very moment, you were wide awake, stronger than usual and could run like an Olympic track star! But what happens shortly afterward? You crash… right? You come back down and feel exhausted. This, my friends, is a natural high and hangover. When you are constantly stressed and worry and don’t deal with it well… you will continually go through a similar reaction. Your body and mind basically go through the ringer. It just makes sense that if you learn how to deal with the stress more effectively – you will be healthier and lives longer.
How would you like to live past the age of 100? I guess that's kind of a loaded question because you'd think the answer is simple. Like the show, "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" Of course you want to be a millionaire! Who doesn't want to be a millionaire? Well, not Bill Gates of course. Becoming a millionaire would make him poor; at least, relatively poor in comparison. Everything is relative is this issue. For example, living to 100 years of age doesn't interest me if I'm sick or in pain. On the other hand, I'd love to join the 100 year old club as long as the quality of my life and health was great. You see, it's all very relative when it comes to age.

How would you like to live past the age of 100? I guess that’s kind of a loaded question because you’d think the answer is simple. Like the show, “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?” Of course you want to be a millionaire! Who doesn’t want to be a millionaire? Well, not Bill Gates of course. Becoming a millionaire would make him poor; at least, relatively poor in comparison. Everything is relative is this issue. For example, living to 100 years of age doesn’t interest me if I’m sick or in pain. On the other hand, I’d love to join the 100 year old club as long as the quality of my life and health was great. You see, it’s all very relative when it comes to age.

That’s being said, here are the findings of a study that identified something that doubles your chance of reaching and living past the age of 99. Here are the results according to an article in Earth times. In this article, “The researchers, Dr. Leonid Gavrilov and Dr. Natalia Gavrilova, say the age at which a mother gives birth is a major factor in the number of years the offspring lives. The chances of the child living up the age of 99 and beyond are almost double for a child born to a woman below 25 years of age.” The husband and wife team had previously discovered birth order is a major factor in longevity. These numbers were astonishing.

For example, first-born children, especially daughters, are more likely to live past 100 years of age. The recent study shows the age of the mother is more important than any of the other factors. Gavrilov and Gavrilova used data from the U.S. Census, the Social Security Administration and genealogical records to identify 198 centenarians born in the U.S. from 1890 to 1893 and then traced their family histories to establish possible predictors of their longevity. They found being born to a young mother had an important role in reaching the age of 100. There are other factors also like growing up in the Western part of the U.S., spending part of one’s childhood on a farm and being born first. They feel the study needs further elaboration and deeper research. Gavrilov suspects the younger women’s eggs are different in their quality, and the best ones, the most vigorous, go first to fertilization. The researchers are of the opinion that their findings may have important social implications because many women tend to postpone childbearing to later ages due to career demands.

There appears to be both good news and even some bad news. For example, if your mother was under the age of 25 when you were born, you’re probably doing back flips right now because your chances are higher to living to 100 years of age. On the other hand, if your mother was a little older when you were born, you may be a little depressed by what you just read in this article. The real truth of the matter is you shouldn’t be too elated or discouraged by what Dr. Garilov and Dr. Garilova uncovered.

Here’s why. The first thing to understand is that correlation is not causation. This “study” was comprised of data from 198 people who were born from 1890 – 1893. 198 is not a lot of people and may not be representative of the overall population. In other words, just because a certain percentage of the study group who lived to be over 100 years old were born to a mother under the age of 25 does not necessarily mean that was the CAUSE of anything. For example – let’s say we were trying to find out what causes certain people to have high IQs. So, we looked at some data of 198 people with IQs of 150 and above. And in that data, we found that a high percentage of these people’s parents had blue eyes. Would your conclusion be that blue eyes are a cause of high IQ? Of course not! It is simply a correlation that has nothing to do with causation, especially if your data came from a part of the world where a large portion of the population has blue eyes!

The second important thing about the study is that 1890 – 1893 was a long, long, long time ago. In terms of health and what we know about health, it is an eternity! This is why I’m not too sure you should be concerned about living to be 100 if your mother was over 25 when she gave birth to you. There are other factors that affect your lifespan that you can control such as weight, activity level (exercise) and stress.

A San Diego chiropractor reveals how everyone is looking for that miracle potion or pill that will smooth out their wrinkles, flatten out their bulging belly, and erase all those aches and pains. Anti-aging is one of the hottest topics today. Baby boomers have finally reached that age where things start to fall apart.

Diabetes, heart disease, and cancer are at an all time high and so are so many other chronic illnesses. Yet, who has any answers? It seems like every week I see a new infomercial touting the wonders of some new fountain-of-youth miracle. They can cure anything from acne to Ebola. There was an infomercial where some guy claims his product, a form of calcium, cures everything. Anyone claiming to have the cure for everything usually has the cure for nothing!

There are heated debates within the medicinal population whether there are any legitimate products or not. Some doctors say yes and some say no. What is real scary about all this is that a lot of men are going the pharmaceutical route. They line up for shots of potent drugs such as human growth hormone and testosterone with the hopes of boosting energy and fighting disease. It looks like we didn’t learn our lesson giving hormone injections to women for menopause. If you don’t know, hormone injections in women have been found to add to breast cancer, strokes and cause other health problems they were supposed to help. Researchers say the benefits overshadow the risks.

There is something you can do to slow down the aging process, increase energy, relieve aches and pain and live a healthier life. First, you have to understand this is not a magic pill or cream. This is not a secret supplement. And this is not an overnight quick fix. This is a real solution that takes a little time and commitment. Just like anything else real in the world. If you still believe in the fairytale that you can abuse your body for decades and some carnival barking salesman on late night television or some miracle drug or surgery will not only save you, but, make you better than you were before, this is definitely not for you.

Here’s the primary thing you must understand. There really is no such thing as anti-aging. Most of us are aging at a greatly exaggerated pace. We have a certain condition present in our bodies that sap our energy, causes early breakdown of tissue, degeneration and even disease. Once this situation is corrected, it is like you take a ten ton weight off your shoulders. Your body starts running the way it should and you can feel and look much younger. And the most excellent part is you’ll be much healthier and age much slower.

So what is this condition? It is postural imbalance and it can cause many problems. Your spine has natural curves that can be lost over time. This can be due to trauma such as car accidents or sports, or long term bad posture. When these natural curves are lost, your whole body is affected. Muscles and ligaments are continually strained causing ache and chronic fatigue. Discs and bones deteriorate. And your central nervous system, that controls each function in your body, becomes compromised which may lead to many systemic health problems. This causes chief health problems.

One of the major problems associated with a postural imbalance besides back pain, neck pain, headaches and carpal tunnel symptoms is chronic fatigue. Since your body is constantly using energy to fight your postural imbalance, you run out of energy and feel exhausted. And what happens when you constantly have to use all your energy to fight bad posture? Your body breaks down and you get sick. This constant stress also causes tissue break down such as arthritis and causes you to look and feel much older than you should. So what’s the solution?

The solution to this problem is to get your postural imbalances fixed through regular chiropractic care. Research says that minimization of altered postural/structural loading of the human frame may take longer than resolution, or maximal reduction, of offensive symptoms. By itself, a patient’s perception of pain is not a valid indicator of health. This means that it is not a quick fix to your problem. It is a complete correction to your problem. You should get care even after your symptoms are gone and you may need care right now even if you have no symptoms at all. Correcting postural imbalances can take time. The only way to tell that they are corrected is through routine chiropractic evaluations by a licensed chiropractor.

If you just patch up your symptoms, they will always come back and you will not reap the true health benefits of chiropractic care. The best way to utilize chiropractic care is for the complete correction of spinal and postural imbalances and not just to patch up your symptoms.

This article will discuss massage techniques and 3 methods that will take your stress away. If you need to relax and release some tension, the techniques outlined below are all excellent options.

1. Swedish Massage: Effleurage, friction, petrissage, tapottement, and vibration make up Swedish massage techniques. Effleurage is long sweeping strokes given from either the padded parts of your fingertips or the palm of your hand.

The next two techniques, friction and petrissage, help to relax the muscle and involve squeezing and kneading the muscles of the body. To energize areas of the body, tapottement, rhythmic hitting or chopping is used and to help loosen the muscles, finally vibration is used.

2. Deep Tissue: Slow and focused massage techniques, otherwise known as deep tissue massage, are designed to relieve muscle tension and alleviate inflammation and joint pain. Using many of the same techniques as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage uses a variation that works eash muscle more thoroughly.

Deep tissue massage shouldn’t hurt, but it can be a little uncomfortable in the beginning. About a day after the massage you will start to notice the benefits of this therapeutic massage technique.

3. Hot Stone: Getting hot stone massages is probably the most relaxing thing you can do. As far from a deep tissue as you can get, a hot stone massage is completely about relaxation and is very enjoyable.

Each massage will start by using traditional Swedish massage techniques followed by hot stones placed upon a person’s back and extremities. Each stone helps draw out tension in a person’s muscles and can be very relaxing as the stones take away the stress from the body.

In this article we looked at massage techniques and 3 methods that will take your stress away. Swedish massage techniques are the most common, but deep tissue and hot stone massages can also provide excellent benefits if you are experiencing muscle tension and/or pain.

This article will discuss deep tissue massage techniques and 3 reasons to have a deep tissue massage. This method isn’t used as often as it should usually because people are a little afraid of it being painful. But the massage while a little uncomfortable at first, shouldn’t hurt and should offer some pretty amazing benefits to those who have tension.

Although it can cause some discomfort at first, the three reasons below will tell you why it is a good idea to try this method, especially if you suffer from any tight muscles.

1. Relieve Stiff Joints: Suffering from stiff joints can be extremely painful, a deep tissue massage will help to realign the deep muscle layers and connecting tissues. It might be a little uncomfortable at first, but the benefits you will see 24 hours later are well worth the initial discomfort. using many of the traditional Swedish massage techniques, a deep tissue massage focuses more on troubled areas.

2. Reduce Inflammation: Since inflammation is usually the cause for joint pain, using deep tissue massage techniques can help alleviate these symptoms. This is done by using slow, focused massage that increase blood flow and improve your circulation.

Having multiple sessions will be necessary to completely rid the body of the toxins that contribute to your discomfort. The first session will start to loosen the problem areas and future massages will focus on clearing the tightness completely. It can be a good idea to continue with deep tissue massage techniques in order to maintain and reap the benefits. Your body will remain tension free and healthy by getting a deep tissue massage regularly.

3. Improve Medical Conditions: Massaging deep into the muscle using deep tissue massage techniques can reduce or eliminate symptoms from many medical conditions, including muscle spasms, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia and even osteoarthritis. Receiving a deep tissue massage on a regular basis just like physical therapy can have lasting results on all of the above medical conditions.

This article talked about deep tissue massage techniques and 3 reasons to have a deep tissue massage. Even though it can cause discomfort at first, this technique can relieve stiff joints, reduce inflammation and improve many medical conditions. It is a great way to help your body heal and takes getting a massage to a whole new level. Not only will it be relaxing to your muscles after it is over, but deep tissue massage can help melt stress away and allow your body to work at its best.

This article will discuss the benefits of some Swedish massage techniques and 3 reasons why you should pamper yourself with a massage regularly. Too many people neglect themselves and don’t take advantage of the amazing effects a massage can have on their body, read just a few of the reasons why relaxing by getting a massage should be done more often.

1. Reduce Stress: Massages can be the best medicine for reducing stress, not only because they target areas that are tight, but because they are soothing and relaxing too. Everyone needs to take time for themselves to breathe, relax and basically push a pause button.

Swedish massage can reduce stress by using the many varying techniques like effleurage, petrissage and tapottement to target the areas that carry stress. It will help loosen muscles that are tense and help you to feel happy and relaxed.

2. Detoxify Your Body: It is a good idea to periodically remove toxins from your body so that it can function better. A great way to do this is to use massage to target the muscles that tend to carry these toxins.

Targeted massage to slowly loosen these muscles will help to release the toxins; by the end of the massage you’ll feel brand new. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water after a massage to help flush the toxins from your system.

3. Improve Quality of Life: If you aren’t getting a massage regularly, then you probably don’t know the amazing benefits that they can have. We humans get so wrapped up in life that we often don’t even notice how tight we are becoming in our shoulder areas. The shoulders are notorious for carrying our stress.

Getting a massage will help eliminate that stress, it will calm the mind and help all other areas of your body perform at an optimal level.

This article looked at Swedish massage techniques and 3 reasons you should pamper yourself regularly. Reducing stress and detoxifying your body will help your body function better which will then improve your quality of life.

This article will look at neck massage techniques and 7 methods you can perform for a quick and relaxing massage. These methods will relax and relieve stress quickly and without the need for a massage table or professional masseuse. Have someone sit backwards in a chair with a pillow in between their chest and the chair, draping their head over the pillow.

1. Upper Shoulder Squeeze: The first step for a quick and relaxing neck massage is to administer an upper shoulder squeeze. The muscle on each side of your shoulders is notorious for carrying a lot of stress and toxins. Gradually increase the pressure and repeat this squeeze three times.

2. Finger Circles: Straighten your hands and put your fingers in line. With your fingers at the top of the neck, make small circles with your fingers. Continue down the neck and along the shoulder muscle all the way down to the shoulders. Repeat this move three times and move to the other side.

3. Lobster Claws: This technique is done by rubbing the muscles on the back of the neck, alternating hands and going in a fluid motion. Repeat 20 times.

4. Head Massage: To do a head massage, place fingers at the hairline at the back of the head. Begin at the center and make tiny circles with fingers moving outward. Continue these tiny circles up the back of the head and massage the scalp, move back down once you’ve reached the top. Once you’ve completed this method repeat the lobster claw massage technique on the other side.

5. Fist Tapping: Gently tapping on the back of the shoulders with the small part of the fist, cover the entire back and shoulders.

6. Karate Chops: Open the hands and perform karate chops over the shoulder muscles and upper back.

7. Finishing Strokes: Perform light downward strokes from the shoulders to the lower back, this final move is essential.

This article discussed neck massage techniques and 7 ways to give a fast and effective massage. By following these simple steps, you can help anyone who needs to take a moment to reduce some stress.

In this article we will look at the benefits of some facial massage techniques. The 3 reasons discussed below will not only enhance your appearance and reduce your stress, but they will also help the rest of your body function better.

1. Unclog Pores and Prevent Blemishes: Your face is punished every day and is probably the last place on your body that gets treated with respect and love. Piling on makeup and using harsh chemicals to clean your face and improve your appearance can take its toll.

A facial massage will help undo some of the damage you cause each day, as well as help you achieve the beauty you seek. By using some facial massage techniques you can prevent blemishes, unlog pores and bring out the inner beauty that is there, but is usually too overly compensated by makeup.

2. Prevent Wrinkles and Strengthen Facial Muscles: People don’t often realize that their face has mucles just like the rest of the body, that is until these muscles start to fail them. When you massage the chin and neck, you can stregnthen the faciel muscles and even prevent a double chin, the face can easily be damaged by environmental and emotional factors, it is time to treat it kindly and reap the benefits a short facial massage can do.

When you massage your face you will be decreasing the number of wrinkles that form and this will leave you looking younger simply by doing something that is enjoyable. Since you don’t want to stretch or lengthen your facial muscles, you shouldn’t massage your face for more than 20 minutes.

3. Increase Circulation and Reduce Impurities: By using soft, circular and upwards motions, you will be able to increase circulation and reduce impurities. As a result, your appearance will benefit as well as other parts of your body.

Since the face usually gets ignored, you can bet that the ears are ignored as well. Yet the ears in particular when massaged and pulled back can affect your other functions since they are pressure points and can stimulate the rest of the body.

In this article we discussed some benefits of facial massage techniques. Facial massage can unclog pores and prevent blemishes, as well as help prevent wrinkles and strengthen facial muscles. Not only that, but it can also increase circulation and reduce impurities. By massaging your face correctly, and no longer than 20 minutes, you can look younger, feel great and even slow the aging process.
