Simply put, learning incapacities is a term used to define the condition of someone who has desperate issues in learning things which might or may not be restricted to teachers. Regularly these issues are found in school going children because they are not able to keep up with what is being taught. Severity of this problem may rely on the inability of child read or write or calculate or in a few cases even recognize things as basic as alphabets.
