<p>My wife and I just bought a baby stroller and it took us a month of researching our options before making our stroller buying decision.</p>

<p>1. Forward and backward facing seat</p>
<p>Decide if it&#8217;s important that the child seat be able to look both forward and backward. It was important for my wife and I that our baby be able to look both forward and backward.</p>
<p>2. Bassinet vs. Infant car seat</p>
<p>At first we were resigned to buy a stroller that integrated with an infant car seat. However, after researching the matter, we concluded it was better for our baby to lie in a bassinet as an infant instead of sitting in a car seat. Therefore, we decided on a baby stroller that comes with a bassinet and also integrates with child car seats.</p>
<p>3. Frame quality</p>
<p>My wife and I love walking and want to walk a lot with our child. Therefore, we wanted a quality baby stroller with a sturdy frame. So many strollers we looked at did not have that great of frames. They jiggled and simply did not feel they would withstand rigorous walking every day.</p>
<p>4. Air or solid rubber tires</p>
<p>This is where we weren&#8217;t sure what to go with. We ultimately went with solid rubber wheels, but we were tempted to get a baby stroller with air tires. There is no consensus on the matter. Some people prefer air tires while other parents prefer solid rubber ties.</p>
<p>5. Accommodates a second child</p>
<p>We may very well have another child and so we wanted a baby stroller that accommodates two children. This is planning ahead and is much cheaper and more convenient than buying a second stroller.</p>
