A big chunk of being healthy is having enough sleep. Sleep can rejuvenate and renew the energy you have lost during a day of hard work. It’s an accepted fact that during pregnancy, one of the hardest things to handle is a sore back, muscles and feet. This is especially true toward the end of pregnancy, when that sweet little one is ultimately sufficiently large to join the world, but not quite prepared to make their arrival! During those last one or two weeks, it can be hard waiting to meet your small one, particularly when your entire body hurts, particularly your feet and back.
