What makes a water bed an excellent bedroom furniture is its ability to provide not just comfort but also therapeutic help to people who use it. Flotation is the principle used for such a one of a kind fixture and both infants and adults benefit from it. If you’re thinking of buying a new set of bed for your home, try investing on a good quality water bed.

After nearly three weeks of tossing and turning at night, I decided it was time to invest in a new bed. Well, of course, I had seen Tempur beds and mattresses advertised on TV – you’ll remember the ad, where the mattress moulds to the body for even weight distribution and spinal support and comfort. The technology for this came from the 70’s NASA space programme, when special seating had to be designed to help astronauts at lift-off and re-entry to absorb the powerful G-forces.
