As one of Jack LaLanne’s last gifts to humanity, he wrote a splendid book in 2009, entitled “Live Young Forever.” This book provides a good summary of Jack’s ideas on healthy living and includes chapters on motivation, exercise, food, hydration, relationships and personal care, among other things. In addition, it’s also the story of Jack LaLanne’s life, with many nice photos. This book is chock-a-block full of wonderful advice for a happy and healthy life. This is a very inspirational book and one I have already referred to frequently. Jack summarized his ideas into a 12 step program. These steps include: Motivation Stay Away From Killer Habits Personal Care Eating Clean Maintain Perfect Posture Stay Well Hydrated Stretching Find Some Energy Be In A Solid Relationship Work Out Never Retire Consume Plenty of Fruits and Vegetables
