Stress in the back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs in particular can be created through sitting for long periods of time in a static position. It is therefore essential to ensure that you are in a comfortable position before you resume your work.

Would not it be great if you can have a massage therapist on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week? Anytime you want to experience the pleasure of a massage all you need to do is to ring up your masseuse and wait for a couple of minutes for her to arrive and give you a much-needed massage. It would probably even be better if she lived with you or if you have your spa center at home. That would just be glorious. Unfortunately, this is just a product of your imagination.
