Back pains are the most common types of problems suffered by office employees, especially those who are required to work in front of the computer for long hours. If you do not have any activity and your work forces to you live a sedentary lifestyle, you will also more likely suffer from back pains. Thus, if you sit for long hours, you should get up every few hours and do some stretching.
