A big chunk of being healthy is having enough sleep. Sleep can rejuvenate and renew the energy you have lost during a day of hard work. Thus, lack of sleep can make you tired, exhausted and even unable to concentrate properly. So it is more than important that you get sufficient sleep at night. If you are having a bad night because of your lousy pillows, try a latex foam pillow. It can give you comfort like no other. Trust me.

Contrary to popular belief, it is not a medical problem itself, but rather the result of a different medical problem the individual may be experiencing.
