Way back in the 1970’s, NASA was trying to find a way to help make launches less stressful on the bodies of their astronaut crews. NASA’s engineers were trying to make a kind of foam cushioning that would offer soft support to the body and would also maintain its shape. And so, visco elastic memory foam was born. The unique properties of this foam allowed for uniform distribution of weight and the ability to easily adapt to body position changes. Following many years of research and development, Tempurpedic introduced the first memory foam beds to the consumer market in the early 90’s.

Purchasing a memory foam mattress pad is a great way to improve how well you sleep at night. If you’ve considering this type of investment, you’ll need to consider some things before plunking your hard earned money down because they can be expensive. Having said that, you’ll be saving money vs. buying a full memory foam mattress but you will still want to make sure that you are getting what you want and need.

Although stools are certainly not common furniture in usual, standard homes, they are seen in bars or cafes, especially near the counter. Different from other seats, stools lack arm rests even though some, like bar stools, don’t even have back rests, and sitting in stools for a long time would inevitably make someone really uncomfortable and even sore. This is where stool cushions come to the rescue; they offer added padding on for the stool, and thus allows the person sitting on the stool to be more comfortable.
