Spinal decompression treatment is a non-surgical, drugless, and non-invasive treatment that has helped patients who have suffered from bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, or facet syndrome. Over the past 15 years its popularity has been rising as it represents an excellent alternative to surgery. The cost of spinal decompression is less than 5% of the cost of surgery, and the risk profile is very low.

If you’ve had a urinary tract infection, you’ve probably heard all about the home remedy known as cranberry juice. For years, it was nothing but an “old wive’s tale” without any scientific proof. Now, cranberry juice is widely accepted to fight the bacteria that causes urinary tract infections. However, the mechanism of exactly how it works is still not known.
