In medicine and some alternative medicine, I’m sure you’ve heard of first do no harm. As a chiropractor at New Century Spine Centers in San Diego, that’s one of the most basic and important concepts that you hear of in the practice of medicine. But in this day and age, profit seems to have taken that age-old motto’s place. This even applies when it comes to our children. The Associated Press reported that “Very young children simply should not take some commonly used cold and cough medicine federal health officials say in recommending that the “consult your physician” advice to parents on the labels be dropped. The preliminary recommendation, from Food and Drug Administration safety officials, would apply to decongestant use in children under 2, and antihistamines in those younger than 6, according to agency documents.

Shoes are among the most important things in our lives. For what reason? Because they carry us from place to place. Our feet are encased in shoes most of the day particularly if we leave the home. Working, playing, exercising, or doing anything more that requires us to be on our feet means we need a good, comfortable, supportive shoe. A multitude of people select their shoes according to what looks good with an outfit. This could be extremely damaging to your feet. There’s an alternative though: select engaging shoes that your feet will be pleased to wear. Get the thought out of your head that cosy shoes mean grandma style shoes. Consider Dansko womens sandals. Your granny might wear them too, but she can’t even know she is’s in style. She is going to be very aware of how good they feel on her feet.

Women who are pregnant need to buy maternity clothing to fit their larger size and, in many cases, new shoes also. This is because not only does the rest of their body tend to get larger, so do their feet. Some shoes make better decisions than others. You definitely don’t want to wear high heels or anything unstable since pregnancy has an affect on a women’s balance. Buying Dansko women’s sandals for pregnant ladies can be a good idea for a number of reasons.

It’s an accepted fact that during pregnancy, one of the hardest things to handle is a sore back, muscles and feet. This is especially true toward the end of pregnancy, when that sweet little one is ultimately sufficiently large to join the world, but not quite prepared to make their arrival! During those last one or two weeks, it can be hard waiting to meet your small one, particularly when your entire body hurts, particularly your feet and back.
