Neck pain is a very common affliction. More than 2/3 of adults in the US report at least one incidence of neck pain in their lives. It is very easy to strain your neck. You can do this at work, during exercise, even when turning over in bed.

Irregardless of whatever sort of work field you are involved in or the number of companies you manage, feeling stress is something that is just part of being alive. Once your stress levels increase, it can develop into various physical issues and result in greater susceptibility to illness, muscle aches, pains and knots.
