One very common injury among athletes of all ages is a sprained ankle but what most people don’t realize is that athletes are not the only people that get them. Getting a sprained ankle is not that uncommon, all you have to do is roll your ankle which will cause one or more ligaments to at least partially tear. I know this sounds rough but it is not that bad and once you know how to care for a rolled ankle it will be very easy to treat.

Or better yet, if you have access to an established athletic trainer, you can get some simple tips that will help you begin to ease your pain.
