Illinois Workers Compensation pays for medical bills employees incur when they are treated for an injury sustained on the job. Before employee compensation insurance many employees would lose their job because they were injured and unable to work. They would also have to pay for their own medical care if employers had no insurance coverage for their injured employees.

The fashion world was saddened last week by the death of former Sex Pistols manager and punk fashion leader Malcolm McLaren, after he lost his battle with cancer, aged 64.

You may not be familiar with the term and concept of industrial illness. The term refers to illnesses suffered by workers as a direct result of their working environment, unlike an injury; illnesses are less obvious and can develop over time.
